PM-Kisan Yojana 2024: Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) feature
- Financial Assistance: Under this scheme, eligible farmers are given financial assistance of ₹6,000 per year. The amount is paid in three installments, with an assistance of ₹2,000 for each installment.
- Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT): This amount is directly deposited into the farmers’ bank accounts, eliminating any middlemen in the business. DBT brings transparency and speed in disbursement of assistance.

Following are the steps for online registration of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi.
- You can do fresh registration by visiting the official website of PM-KISAN (www.pmkisan.gov.in).
- Aadhaar number, bank account information, and land details are required for registration.
- Offline Registration: If you find it difficult to register online, you can register by going to your nearest CSC (Common Service Centre) or Agriculture Department office.
